Customer Cancellations

 In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), you may cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your delivery. Please note that some items, such as our ‘made to measure’ kitchen and bedroom doors, are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), and therefore non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, please complete our ‘Cancellations and Returns Form’ and email to [email protected]. Once we have confirmed you are entitled to a refund, you will have 14 days to return the product to us.

We recommend retuning goods by recorded delivery and in their original packaging. Please note that if returned goods are received in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the product from the final refund amount. The cost of postage is funded by the customer.

We are unable to accept returns on products which have been altered or previously fitted.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving the return. Please note that it may take additional time for the payment to clear into your bank account.

Orders cancelled prior to delivery may incur a 30% ‘restock’ fee, for cost incurred by Direct Kitchen Doors and our Supplier.

Damaged Goods

 All goods received should be inspected upon delivery and any issues immediately reported to us by either phone (0333 335 5714) or email ([email protected]). We are unable to accept returns on products which have been altered or previously fitted.

We cannot accept claims for damaged goods which are received after 48 hours of delivery.

If a fault is agreed, please complete our ‘Cancellations and Returns Form’, and enclose within the returns package. We will refund the cost of a Royal Mail 2nd Class return of the item.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Faulty Goods

 Our products are covered by six-year manufacturers guarantee. If a fault develops within this period, please email [email protected], detailing your order number and the issue. We will assess against the manufactures guarantee and advise on the outcome.

Unfortunately, faults which develop outside of the six-year period will not fall under the guarantee and therefore won’t be covered.
